Our financial literacy educators will be hosting a community event on Saturday, October 17, 2015, from 12:00 – 3:00 at the Women’s and Children’s Alliance. Community volunteers will be available to answer questions and provide information on consumer protection, landlord/tenant rights, real-estate, retirement, investments, credit, budgeting, loans, insurance, savings, and couponing. This is a family event, thus financial literacy activities for children will be included, as well as refreshments and door prizes.
