Supporting Our Clients: Concert for a Cause

Concert for Cause 2018 held at The Revolution Concert House was definitely one for the record books. The musicians included headliner Scars on 45 and opener Roscoe & Etta. A big shout out to The River 94.9 for this marvelous evening, sponsored by Saltzer Medical Group and the Lifetime Store. Other event sponsors include Greenwood’s Ski Haus, Chf Home Furnishings, G&G Insulation LLC and Audi. The live auction was charmingly hosted by The River’s rock stars Tim Johnstone, Ken Bass and Deb Courson.  The great Larry Flynn was the most excellent auctioneer. The WCA’s Chris Davis shared our essential mission of safety, healing and freedom for those affected by domestic abuse and sexual assault. We raised $35,000 to be used for direct client services.

Thanks so much to all of the businesses that donated live and silent auction items and to the concert-goers who generously bid on the auction items.

We are very grateful to The River 94.9 for everything it does for the WCA’s clients and our work in the community.
