Are you feeling run down, stressed out, or just a little out of sorts? The chances are that if you are feeling this way — it is impacting your relationships, even if unintentionally. So, if you think about it, taking care of yourself is taking care of those you care about and your relationships. 

Take time out of your day–event just a few minutes to do something kind for yourself. Try these few self-care tips and click here for more information.

  • Stretch
  • Practice deep breathing
  • Relax and listen to music
  • Take a walk 
  • Eat a healthy meal
  • Declutter your workspace
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Reach out for support from a friend

Don’t be afraid to reach out to a mental health professional if you feel stress, anxiety or depression becoming a drain on you. Remember, self-care is relationship care, and one of the most important relationships you have is with yourself.
