The Smart Women, Smart Money conference will be held Friday, February 13th, at Boise Centre. It’s a free all-day event that will provide information and motivation about how to manage your money in a smart way. Once again, during the lunch awards ceremony, individuals who participated in and graduated from (twenty this year) , the WCA’s financial literacy program will be introduced and honored for their achievement. They will have an individual and a group picture taken with Idaho State Treasurer, Ron Crane, who has been instrumental in organizing and promoting this event. Also, our financial literacy educators, Deborah DeSousa and Yazmin McNeal, will be conducting a break-out session entitled Gain Financial Empowerment. The WCA is proud to be part of this worthwhile event.
