Ambassador Wings: June 2021

I wanted to welcome you all into June! This month we are celebrating Pride Month and Men’s Health Month where we know Healthy Relationships are Equal and we want everyone to experience safety and love in their relationships. This month’s Ambassador Wings is taking a moment to highlight the phenomenal volunteer service you all as Ambassadors are doing as well as welcome in a group of New WCA Ambassadors!

May Ambassador Party Packs & Motivational Messages

I was personally overwhelmed and touched by the level of care, intentionality and love each of you put into both the May Shelter Party Packs and the Motivational Message cards this past month. In celebration of self-care, you all made the most lovely care packages for the moms in the shelter as well as the cutest flower-hand craft. One of our WCA Client Advocates had the pleasure of delivering the goods to residents, and they mentioned how surprised, delighted and overjoyed each resident was to receive a party pack. I am also very excited to hear what wonderful and intentional moments your motivational messages also provide community and residential clients. Many joyous thanks to the Ambassador Team for making such an intentional impact on our clients

New Ambassador Orientation: Welcome our New Ambassadors!

I wanted to provide a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to Morgan Hoffman who helped lead and welcome in our first new Ambassador group of 2021! We had an awesome orientation full of story sharing, information and connecting. I am very pleased to announce these new Ambassadors and excited to see how some of our current Ambassadors can help them grow and connect our community to the WCA in impactful ways. We are so excited to have you part of the WCA Ambassador Team!
