Update from Lisa Uhlmann, Corporate Program Manager

I am sad to announce my departure from the WCA after over nine wonderful years. It has been my absolute privilege to serve as Corporate Program Manager. Although I will always remain a devoted WCA Ambassador, I’ve decided that it was time to move on to new adventures! My plan is to devote time working on special nonprofit board projects focusing on human rights, racism and democracy.

I will definitely miss the remarkable daily work of the WCA and the wonderful connections with each of you. There is no better nonprofit than the WCA in making a profound and life-changing difference in the lives of adults and children dealing with domestic abuse and sexual assault.

For any Corporate Pillar Program questions, please contact Philanthropy Senior Manager Laura Honn at lhonn@wcaboise.org. A new Corporate Pillars Manager/TWIN Manager will be announced in January, so keep an eye out for that news.

I leave you with this beautiful quote:

“Let us make our future now, and let us make our dreams tomorrow’s reality.”

-Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Laureate & International Human Rights Activist

Wishing you a fabulous 2022!

Most gratefully,
Lisa Uhlmann
