We had a wonderful time on April 9 at Free Cone Day with Ben & Jerry’s! The owners of the downtown Boise Ben & Jerry’s on 10th Street are loyal supporters of the WCA and kindly allowed us to receive all donations from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. with the help of amazing WCA volunteer scoopers. Thanks to the support of our great community, we raised $600 in support of our mission! We are so grateful to everyone who came out to support us, our fabulous volunteers and the compassionate staff at Ben & Jerry’s!
Free Cone Day started on May 5, 1979 to show Ben & Jerry’s customers and staff appreciation for supporting the ice cream shop in its first year.
