I love autumn in Boise! The leaves turning, the crisp air, college football—all my favorite things. And it’s such a busy time at the WCA! October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and there are so many activities and fundraisers to benefit our services during the month—both long-time favorites and brand-new ones!
You can see everything coming up on our Event Calendar here, but just to mention a few:
October 13-14th BSU is hosting the Clothesline Project with the WCA and Boise State Women’s Center; October 21st is the second Witches Night Out; and October 22nd is Yoga for a Cause at BSU. All the events that are being planned are special, fun, and support the amazing programs at the Women’s and Children’s Alliance. There’s something for everyone, so mark your calendars for the ones you don’t want to miss!
