24-Hour Domestic Violence Hotline: 208.343.7025 24-hour Rape Crisis Hotline: 208.345.7273 (RAPE)

This month, Bea talks about boundaries. Before coming to work with the skilled programs staff at the WCA, Bea speaks about how she used to think of boundaries as just being physical, like a fence separating one piece of property from another. However, she now recognizes that emotional and psychological boundaries are just as more important–maybe more so. Having boundaries that are clear can be challenging and our program staff helps our clients learn to establish learn how to set boundaries and incorporate them into their daily lives. #HealthyRelationships #WhatCompassionAccomplishes
