Kris Ormseth leaves the board of directors after a long legacy of leadership beginning in 2005. As a national and local award winning attorney and partner with the law firm Stoel Rives LLP., he has generously shared his talent, knowledge and passion with the WCA for more than a decade as the organization works toward realizing its vision of a community where we all live in safe, healthy relationships.

“In addition to his work on the board, he has been a wonderful advocate for the organization, supporting our work throughout the community both within his law firm as well as the other organizations with which he is involved,” said Bea Black, WCA Executive Director.

Kris has served the organization in many different capacities, including President of the Board in 2010, Past President, Nominating Committee Chair and a member of the Executive Committee. He will continue his involvement with the WCA as a member of the nominations committee, ensuring the strength of the board continues.
