Success at Chandlers ManBrunch

24-Hour Domestic Violence Hotline: 208.343.7025 24-hour Rape Crisis Hotline: 208.345.7273 (RAPE)

lumsdenThe fourth annual Father’s Day Man Brunch at Chandlers Restaurant was a great success. Rex Chandler donated the use of his restaurant and arranged for donation of all the food and beverage from the restaurant’s vendors. Chandlers’ staff and the guest musicians also donated their time and talent.   One of the incoming WCA Board Members, Cherie Buckner-Webb, stopped in to share a few songs with guests.

Rex shared why his Corporate Pillars sponsorship of the WCA’s work in the community is so important. “I have pledged my company’s corporate strength to the WCA as a concerned business member to raise awareness of the issues of domestic violence and to support the solutions that are so vital in our community. I’ve personally witnessed the positive impact the WCA has on this issue, and I want women and children to continue to have the opportunity to overcome the bonds of violence.”

We at the WCA are so appreciative to all those who gave of their time during this special day to honor healthy relationships.
