On May 9, 2013, the WCA’s Bea Black was honored as one of this year’s “CEO’s of Influence” by the Idaho Business Review. In its third year, the CEO of Influence is a special recognition program for the remarkable business and non-profit leaders throughout our state who consistently demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, values, vision, commitment to excellence, financial performance, community and diversity.
Bea graciously accepted the award on behalf of all WCA staff and board members and spoke about the dedication and passion of the WCA team.
Dozens of nominations came from throughout the state, and were evaluated by a committee of Idaho business leaders. Other honorees included Sally Jeffcoat, Saint Alphonsus Health System; Tim Bundgard, Pioneer Title Company; Jim Cleary, MWI Veterinary Supply; and Bob Lokken, WhiteCloud Analytics.
