Screen shot 2015-01-14 at 12.00.02 PMThe 2014 Concert for Cause, benefiting the WCA and sponsored by 94.9 The River and The Knitting Factory, was phenomenal. In actuality, it was three Concerts for Cause; the fabulous band Spoon on December 9th, an acoustic concert by Scars on 45 on December 14th at Bodovino, and the great Billy Idol on the evening of December 14th.

Close to $40,000 was raised for the WCA from live and silent auctions, sales of raffle tickets, and a very special silent auction at The Record Exchange on December 8th.

We are extremely grateful to our dear friends at Journal Broadcast Group, 94.9 The River and the Knitting Factory. At each event there were outreach tables providing information about our services and important messaging regarding domestic violence and sexual assault.
