By Lisa Uhlmann, WCA Corporate Pillar Manager

photoOur Corporate Pillars, businesses that support us financially and in kind, are of utmost importance to the WCA’s work in the community. Without this special support we would not be able to do the work we do with. Corporate Pillars help us meet many of our client’s essential needs by providing security, housing and daily items for our shelter residents and also with our individual and group counseling sessions. What is not widely known is there are no fees for our services– this is largely thanks to our amazing Corporate Pillars.

Currently we have 56 Corporate Pillars, several who have been with us for over 20 years. This special group of sponsors truly enjoys helping our shelter based and community clients during the holiday time. Sponsorships include individuals and also families, large and small. This year’s list of Corporate Pillars family sponsorships include:

Hewlett Packard Company
Idaho Power
Eide Bailly
Citi
Damsel in Defense
Bank of the Cascades
University of Idaho
Brighton Corporation
McMillen LLC
Keller Williams Realty
Engineered Structures, Inc.
Gardner Company
Kendall Ford of Meridian
KPMG
Micron
Pickens Law
Hawley Troxell
Chandlers
Western Trophy & Engraving

The holiday support for our clients and their families is extraordinary. We cannot express in mere words our gratitude to these corporate sponsors.
