Norco has been a great supporter of the WCA as a Partner in Freedom Corporate Pillars sponsor. In addition to the corporate support, the employees of several local offices of the company have come together time and time again to generously support our shelter operations, our child care program and our clients through programs like the annual Giving Tree, Back to School and Christmas sponsorships.
“Norco employees continue to dig deep to support the mission of the WCA and are thankful to participate in such a small way, (or to us a BIG way), with the Giving Tree! The employees’ “giving” absolutely warms my heart to see how many of them open their heart to make a difference! I just so happen to be one of the ones who migrated to you and found something that has forever changed me and for this I have such gratitude to you and all of the staff at the WCA,” said Toni Ayers, Human Resources Manager for Norco.
Norco’s strong commitment to giving back to the communities, where their employees and customers work and live started with Fran and Larry Kissler and is being carried on by Jim Kissler and third generation Nicole Kissler.
“This generosity has shown me how I can be actively involved at the business level as well as on a personal level. I support the mission of the WCA because I want our community and others to see how every one of us can make a difference by giving in so many different ways big or small, through donations or time. We are grateful for the partnership with the WCA, and together we will make a difference in the lives of many,” said Toni.
Norco has roughly 1200 employees with over 70 locations throughout Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Oregon. We extend our thanks to all Norco employees for their generosity towards the WCA’s work in the community and to our clients and their families.
