We are so incredibly grateful for the support of our Freedom Level Corporate Pillar Concrete Placing Company’s support of the WCA’s work in the community.Concrete Placing Company

We asked Concrete Placing Company to share with us about the history and daily work of its company.

Concrete Placing Company, Inc. was founded in 1962 by Earl Ferguson, making its start constructing special concrete work around the Treasure Valley. Fifteen years later, John B. Ferguson, Earl’s son, took the helm as President and CEO of CPC. Under John’s leadership, CPC has become one of the northwestern United States’ premier General Contractors with an emphasis on concrete construction, and as the largest and most-respected bridge builders in the State of Idaho.

Throughout its more than 58 years of existence, Concrete Placing Company, Inc. has continually grown and thrived as the demands of the modern world have changed. With a constant eye to the future, CPC defines the cutting-edge of the concrete paving industry, embracing advanced technologies and combining them with classic construction techniques to build increasingly complex and precise bridges, interstate highways, runways, taxiways, hydroelectric dams, and other structures throughout northwestern states. By continually exploring and applying the new possibilities of breakthrough integrated technologies for machine guidance, surveying technologies, and site measurement tools with state-of-the-art GPS and TPS Total Station equipment, CPC distinguishes itself as a leader in its field, now and in the years to come.

Quality and workmanship are integral to Concrete Placing Company, Inc., and it has built itself a solid industry reputation for completing work swiftly and beyond expectations. CPC is dedicated to delivering both public and private owners the best product at the best value, approaching each and every contract with integrity and fundamental commitment to excellence, regardless of the project’s scope or size. Longtime skilled personnel and an experienced management team construct and manage all projects with unrivaled quality and integrity.

Why does Concrete Placing Company choose to support the WCA? We asked CEO & President Tom Ferguson. “Concrete Placing Company supports the WCA because of their history of assisting women and children with a safe place to stay and the necessary services to transition into a fulfilling life.”

Thanks so much to Concrete Placing Company and its employees for its tremendous and very important corporate support, truly making the WCA world for our clients a much better place.
