Gracie Swope

This month, the Women’s and Children’s Alliance received an especially heart-warming donation. Nine-year-old Gracie Swope came by with her mother and grandmother to deliver an amazing donation of brand new toys for the children in our shelter. Gracie gathered all these amazing toys in a very special way. For her 9th birthday party she requested that all her guests bring presents for the children at the WCA, rather than for herself.

Gracie let us know that most of the guests at her party were fellow memberss of her Girl Scout troop—which her mother leads! We are so impressed by the generosity Gracie has shown at such a young age.

Thank you Gracie!
