The WCA is so honored to be chosen by 8th grader Ingrid Garcia as the recipient of $1,500 through CenturyLink’s student philanthropy program. CenturyLink gives over $30,000 statewide to middle school classes. These middle schoolers are then given the task of researching a need in their area, presenting it to their peers, and awarding a grant to their non-profit of choice that aids that need. Thank you Jefferson Middle School for having us at your year-end assembly. Have an amazing summer Ingrid and Ms. Echevarria’s class!
