From Bev’s Desk: Holiday Season

24-Hour Domestic Violence Hotline: 208.343.7025 24-hour Rape Crisis Hotline: 208.345.7273 (RAPE)

I’ve been decorating my home for the holidays. I cannot believe the amount of decorations that I’ve accumulated over the years. I still have the tree ornament that my son made out of a walnut shell and, believe or not, I still have more than a handful of fruit loop hanging ornaments (at least I call them ornaments). Oh, and then there is the reindeer head, cut out of an ordinary box, that is secured to the tree by a paperclip converted into a hanging instrument.  Yes, Strawberry Shortcake and Miss Piggy are there too.  These are all treasures, reflective of a lot of love and so much fun.  I wish everyone a lovely holiday season, filled with your fondest memories, and perhaps a crazy ornament, or two.  Be good to each other and cherish those you love.
