Micron Technology Foundation “Charity of Choice” Program Empowers Team Members to Select Favorite Community Organization for Focused Support, Yearlong Commitment
BOISE, Idaho, April 9, 2015 – Since Micron Technology, Inc.’s (NASDAQ: MU) inception in Boise, its team members have positively impacted the community by volunteering time, energy, and resources and today their votes are benefiting one local charity for a full year. Idaho-based Micron team members formally selected the Women’s and Children’s Alliance (WCA) as their 2015 “Charity of Choice,” earning the charity additional support including a $20,000 monetary donation to achieve its vision of a community where individuals thrive in safe, healthy relationships.
