Mallory AMallory Armstrong: Administrative Support Specialist

What do you do for your job at the WCA?
I check counseling clients in and out for appointments, process insurance paperwork, and provide support for the admin staff.

How long have you been with the WCA?
I have been here for about a month.

Where did you work prior to joining the WCA team?
Prior to joining the WCA I worked (and still currently work) for Fred Meyer.

What do you find most rewarding about your work at the WCA?
What I find to be most rewarding about working for the WCA is the impact we have on those seeking our assistance and services and the awareness we continue to raise regarding sexual and domestic violence in our community.

Is there a memorable moment or story that you’d like to share that you have experienced at the WCA?
I haven’t been here too long, but I would just like to share how inspired I am by the powerful stories of healing and by the compassion and drive of the WCA employees and volunteers. Everyone is so passionate about WCA mission and I truly believe we all make this community a better and safer place to be.
