Streetwise Self Defense 4.19On April 7, Streetwise Women’s Self Defense, Boise Area Runners (BAR) and R Studio partnered to host a three hour Self-Defense for Runners class in benefit of the WCA for Sexual Assault Awareness Month. They raised $616 for us and educated runners in the community on important self-defense strategies. We so appreciate the friendship and support of these wonderful organizations and businesses! Special thanks to our incredible Ambassador, Sara F., for her help with this event!

Streetwise Women’s Self Defense teaches a variety of unique women’s self-defense classes in Boise and around the Treasure Valley. Boise Area Runners (The BAR) welcomes a diverse range of abilities and ages, in an effort to promote health, fitness, and social well-being through running.
