Corporate Pillar Spotlight: Norco Inc.
This month we are featuring the marvelous support of Norco Inc. As a longtime Corporate Pillar, Norco supports the WCA’s clients through our holiday sponsorship program, donating hundreds of gifts for our children and adult clients. Norco was also a major donor to our recently completed Capitol Campaign for our new secure transitional shelter, Laura’s Home.

Have you tried everything to make him happy? Have you doubted your own sanity? Have you wondered time after time how you came to be there? You try desperately to make sense out of what your relationship is, and if you are the only one going through this. As you survive this daily mind game, you begin to question your ability as a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a professional. Your confidence plummets and you stop smiling and laughing as much as you used to.

On June 16, we had a delightful surprise! These 12 sixth graders and their two camp leaders dropped by with donations for our kiddos. The Pursuit Church “Go Camp” held a car wash that morning and raised $160. They then went shopping for balls and other summer toys. When they came by to drop off their donations they spent about 30 minutes asking questions and learning about our services. We are so grateful to them for their curiosity, passion and action!
