“It is one of the beautiful compensations of life that no man can sincerely help another without helping himself.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

As we “March Toward Health” this month, I was reminded of a number of studies that I’ve read over the last few years revealing the health benefits of giving. Giving of Time, Talent or Treasure can lead to some of these awesome benefits:

  • Increased self-esteem
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Lower stress levels
  • Less depression
  • Longer life
  • Greater happiness

These studies and statistics must mean that we have some of the healthiest and happiest supporters in the Treasure Valley! Thank you for sharing your generosity and compassion so willingly in support of our clients.
